The topics covered during the lecture were the history of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Incoterms rules, a comparison between the 2010 and 2020 versions, the key changes in Incoterms® 2020, the advantages and disadvantages when choosing different rules, the differences between the "polyvalent" and maritime Incoterms rules, and the prevalence of the place of delivery (transfer of risk) over the place of transmission of logistics costs.

La semana pasada tuve el placer y el honor de ser ponente en un webinar sobre reglas Incoterms de la #ICC para los alumnos del curso de "Derecho Comercial Internacional" (Bachelor of Business Administration, BBA), de la BI Norwegian Business School (Handelshoyskolen BI). Contamos con asistentes de la Unión Europea, Australia, Canadá y EE.UU., entre otros.
