Today, during the 9th Deusto Maritime Forum, I have had the immense honour to meet Professor Charles Debattista, considered one of the most globally relevant professionals in relation to Bills of Lading and Charterparties, and Special ICC Advisor Incoterms 2020 Drafting Group. It has been an absolute pleasure to talk with him about the work we are carrying out in the CLP (Commercial Law and Practice) Commission at International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Global) and ICC Spain, as well as at INCOTRANS® - International Business Group. Congratulations for their interesting presentations also to Joel Grau and Adolfo Utor Martinez. Thank you very much to the Universidad de Deusto for organising such a high-level forum, as well as to the dean of the Faculty of Law (Facultad de Derecho - Universidad de Deusto), Gema Tomás, and the director of the Master in Port and Maritime Business Management and Maritime Law, Javier Larena, for making it possible.
