I’m excited to share that I’ve completed the ‘Women in Strategic Engagement Programme’, by the ICC – International Chamber of Commerce Netherlands.

It’s been a transformative year of learning, growth, and connection—deepening my understanding of strategy, entrepreneurship, and boardroom dynamics. Grateful for the insights, the inspiring cohort, and the opportunity to keep growing as a leader.

Yesterday we wrapped up the last in-person module of our WISE programme, a milestone moment after 15 modules of learning, reflection and growth.

 
A huge thank you to our fantastic trainers and guest speakers.

 
And special thanks to Merei Wagenaar and Larissa Keijzer for facilitating the day, and to Saskia Vlaar and Jolande sap for joining us and sharing your experiences and tips with such openness. You made the topic truly come alive. 

  
And a warm thank you to Mirjam Bakker-Vergouw for hosting us!

 
We concluded this journey with a wonderful dinner, a perfect moment to celebrate continuous development and the commitment of everyone involved.

As we close this edition, we are already looking ahead to WISE 2026, where a comeback is definitely on the horizon!

Excited to share that I’ve started the WISE Leadership Program with ICC Netherlands!

 It has already been an inspiring journey: connecting with brilliant women from diverse industries (Andrea Cardoso, Yulia Krijthe, Jamie Holton, Ellen Klaus, Marianna De Ieso, Cathrin Stöver, Margherita Noto, Laure Jacquier, Christine Heeger, Vera Klaus, Carina van der Kloet, Oliwia Nietopiel, Erika Kurillová, Maria (Mariyka) Zelkovskaya, Blanca Vergara, CARMEN E. ECHEVERRIA), reflecting on leadership with purpose, and exploring how we can drive strategic impact in our roles and beyond.

Yesterday marked the official launch of the WISE (Women in Strategic Engagements) program, with Maria Fernanda Garza Merodio as our special guest.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants, and a special appreciation to Anita Sheehan for her enlightening workshop on self-esteem and self-worth, highlighting the confidence needed to step into leadership roles.

The program officially kicks off with its first training session on May 8, and there’s still time to register!
